Cancellation within 60 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the balance payable to Waipiata “Shining Waters”.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the balance payable to Waipiata “Shining Waters”.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the balance payable to Waipiata “Shining Waters”.

Payment
A 10% deposit and $5 booking fee must be paid to confirm any booking. You are also responsible for making payment to the property of the remaining 90% and any other charges incurred.
You must make payment for accommodation booked on the site at the time of booking and you agree to make payment via a debit to your nominated credit card. The amount debited will (subject to the following) be the amount shown on our booking page prior to you clicking the "Pay Now" button on that page. Depending upon the currency of the booking, your credit card's currency and the country in which your card was issued, your credit card provider may impose foreign exchange fees and other fees which are in accordance with your arrangements with that credit card provider.
