Terms and Conditions
Age
You must be 18 years or older to make any booking on our site. All bookings are legally binding contracts.
Payment
A 10% deposit and $5 booking fee must be paid to confirm any booking. You are also responsible for making payment to the property of the remaining 90% and any other charges incurred. The property will contact the customer directly to obtain credit/debit card or bank details for bookings made 29 days or more prior to arrival.
Currency
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include tax unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be emailed to contactadmin@need2nap.com.
Cancellations made within the cancellation period will be refunded the 10% deposit held but will be charged a $10 administration fee. The booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellations outside the cancellation period will not be refunded. In addition the accommodation provider may also charge a cancellation fee.Need2Nap has a cancellation period of 14 days and each accommodation provider has additional policies. Please check all cancellation policies before making a booking. Where you are entitled to a refund, the refund will be made to the same credit card that you used to confirm the booking. If additional charges are incurred they will be charged to the same credit card. If the credit/debit card does not have sufficient funds the property may choose to seek compensation of the outstanding balance through legal channels.
Changes to a booking
We will endeavour to help with any change required but some changes are not permitted with some properties, room types and dates. Please check conditions before booking.
Liability
We shall not be responsible for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential) or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party. We make no warranty or representation for any product or service on our site. We sell inventory supplied by providers and cannot accept liability for unavailability of products caused by a provider over-selling its own inventory.
Intellectual Property Rights
Need2Nap (and its licensors or suppliers, as the case may be) owns all intellectual property rights in the Website and the Services (including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos and icons). You may not without our prior written permission, in any form or by any means copy, save or reproduce anything on this website.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.

Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting of the amended terms and conditions on this Website. You are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with the latest terms and conditions.
